1 dead in car vs. tree crash near Cherry and Water

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One person is dead following a crash early Friday morning near Cherry and Water, according to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office.
Police say the 31-year-old man crashed into a tree. The man was the only person in the car.
The crash remains under investigation.
