MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a shooting that killed one person near 90th and Hampton around 10:30 p.m. Jan 14.

The 23-year-old victim sustained fatal gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

A 21-year-old was arrested.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
