12-year-old in custody after fatal shooting near 51st and Hadley

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting on Saturday, Dec. 14.
It happened near 51st and Hadley around 2:15 p.m.
The victim, a 32-year-old, was taken to a hospital for treatment, died from the injuries. MPD says the circumstances leading up to the shooting is under investigation and is the result of an argument.
