MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Dept. confirmed to CBS 58 on Monday, Dec. 12 that the victim of Saturday's shooting has died while at the hospital.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting on Saturday, Dec. 28. 

It happened around 9:14 p.m. near 21st and Concordia. 

MPD says the victim, a 14-year-old, was taken to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries. An 18-year-old was taken into custody. The circumstances of the shooting are under investigation, and charges are pending review.
