(CBS 58) -- Two people are in custody following a critical incident and chase late Wednesday night.
Milwaukee Police say they were called to the area near 5th and Wisconsin around 11:26 p.m. for a person wanted regarding a critical incident involving Waukesha Police.
During the investigation, MPD and WPD located the person and a car chase began.
Authorities say the chase went through several cities and the fleeing car eventually crashed near the National Ave. exit on Interstate 41.
Two suspects were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
No other information regarding the critical incident is available at this time.
