Local educator shares how parents can support early reading skills
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Two Milwaukee organizations are being recognized this year, both have been selected to receive a 2022 AARP Community Challenge grant. The money will be used to help older adults in our area. CBS 58 was joined by representatives from the winning projects Thursday, July 14 -- Krissie Fung with Milwaukee Turners, Angela Mitchell Reid and Casey Ochalik from the Neighborhood Improvement Development Corporation (NIDC), as well as Amber Miller from AARP Wisconsin.
