28-year-old struck by hit-and-run driver near Water and Highland on St. Patrick's Day, seriously injured

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 28-year-old pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries after being struck by a hit-and-run driver on St. Patrick's Day.
It happened just before 11 p.m., near the intersection of Water Street and Highland Avenue.
The victim was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
Police are seeking the vehicle and driver.
