WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Three people have been displaced, according to Waukesha police, after a roof fell in on an apartment early Tuesday, Jan. 20.

Officials tell CBS 58 that at around 4:23 a.m., a sheet of dry wall on the ceiling of an apartment fell through which allowed water to fall into a first-floor apartment.

The building located near Springdale and Bluemound holds 12 units, but only one unit was impacted.

The Salvation Army is working to help the displaced people, with officials confirming that they have a hotel room.
