MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 3-year-old Milwaukee boy unintentionally shot himself after finding a loaded firearm near 77th and Melvina, according to police. 

It happened Sunday, July 11, around 1:30 p.m. 

Police say the 3-year-old boy sustained non-fatal injuries and arrived at a local hospital for treatment. 

Police arrested at 23-year-old Milwaukee man in connection to the incident.
