4 injured in Racine County UTV crash, 2 transported to Children's Hospital

RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Authorities responded to a report of a UTV crash in Racine County on Saturday, Nov. 16. 

It happened around 11:30 a.m. in the town of Dover, near Vandenboom and Durand. Initial dispatch indicated there were two people injured. 

According to the Kansasville Fire and Rescue Department, upon arrival, they found a total of four people injured. All four people were riding or operating a UTV and an ATV at the time of the crash. 

Three ambulances transported the four patients for further evaluation. Two of the patients were transported to Children's Hospital in Wauwatosa, one by ground and the other by Flight for Life. Authorities say the two sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

The other two patients are expected to be released following evaluation and treatment. 

The crash is under investigation.
