43-year-old driver dies after striking tree in Waukesha County

WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Waukesha County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal crash that happened Tuesday morning, Aug. 9, on Highway 67 south of Parry Road. 

The sheriff's office and Western Lake Fire Department responded to the scene just before 5 a.m.

An initial investigation shows a vehicle was traveling southbound on HWY 67 being operated by a 43-year-old male from the Village of Nashotah. The vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.

The sole occupant was pronounced deceased on scene.

This crash remains under investigation by the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office.
