65-year-old man dies following June shooting near 1st and Burleigh

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened on Tuesday, June 27, around 1:20 a.m. near 1st and Burleigh.
The Medical Examiner identified him as James Finlayson.
A 65-year-old man went to a local hospital for treatment of what were then non-fatal injuries.
Police report that the 65-year-old man eventually died from his injuries on Monday, July 10.
This shooting continues to be under investigation and police are still looking for an unknown suspect.
