International sounds will reverberate this weekend for Latino Arts' Guitar Festival Concert

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--Latino Arts presents the 8th Annual International Guitar Festival Concert showcasing the the Latino Arts Strings Program in Milwaukee, WI. This special VIRTUAL performance will highlight winners of the Festival Youth Competition in addition to world's renown classical guitarists.
