MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Wednesday, Nov. 11 was a long day of testimony from Kyle Rittenhouse at the Kenosha County Courthouse.
Following Rittenhouse taking the stand, CBS 58 is talking with Julius Kim, a defense attorney at Kim & Lavoy, S.C. and former prosecutor.
There was also talk of a mistrial with prejudice. Kim tells us what that means and how likely it is the judge will grant one.
Good morning! It's early. I'm up and will be providing some analysis on yesterday's wild day in the #KyleRittenhouseTrial. A live stream of @CBS58's broadcast can be found at the link below. Join me! https://t.co/aU4vN91o6R
