A chilly start to spring and staying windy
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- SHARP Literacy has helped children in Southeast Wisconsin grow for the past 25 years, and its programs are not just focused on reading skills.
The nonprofit also introduces kids to arts and sciences.
We spoke with Lynda Welsh, the president and CEO of SHARP Literacy, about a special fundraiser coming up Nov. 6.
