MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--It's almost like living in a different world compared to the temperatures of last week. Remember all those negative numbers? Not anymore. In fact, we're above normal much of this week. Look for highs 35-40 with lows in the 20s and 30s. We're certainly giving the furnaces a break.
As of 9 am Tuesday, we hit 43. The last time we have highs in the 40s (beside on Monday) was January 21st when it was 41. The last time we had temperatures in the 50s was right before Christmas. The high then was 57!
In terms of weather systems this week, not many. I do see a few weak areas of low pressure riding through the atmosphere. Mainly this evening well north of I-94, and there's the chance early Saturday morning. Looking ahead I do see a cooler trend into the middle of next week with the possibility of some wintry weather too. Stay tuned.
