Accident involving truck carrying flammable liquid prompts evacuations in Caledonia

CALEDONIA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A truck accident in the Village of Caledonia led to evacuations Friday, July 10.

A tanker truck overturned on Highway V near Seven Mile Road. 

Police say the accident created a "hazardous condition."

The tanker was carrying a flammable liquid, so people were evacuated inside a half mile area surrounding the accident.

The State Patrol and Racine County sheriff's deputies helped.
