MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Amtrak Hiawatha Service expanded Monday, June 29 by starting three more round trips between Milwaukee and Chicago.
There will now be four weekday round trips in response to an anticipated increased demand. The railcars have been upgraded with new leather seats.
Amtrak said it will continue to take steps to keep train travel safe by limiting bookings to less than half of capacity to promote social distancing. Reservations are required and customers must wear facial coverings.
