RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A judge recently ruled in favor of Racine's request to divert millions of gallons of water from Lake Michigan for Foxconn.
That's according to the group Midwest Environmental Advocates.
People with Racine said they were equipped to deliver the water and believed the diversion would be allowed by the Great Lakes Compact.
In May 2018, environmental groups argued the compact requires diversions be used for a public water supply, not a manufacturing complex.
