Snow emergencies declared for Monday and Tuesday

(CBS 58) -- Snow emergencies and parking restrictions have been issued ahead of a major winter storm.

City of Racine --  A Snow Emergency have been declared from 12:00 noon January 28 through 8 a.m. on Tuesday, January 29. There will be No Parking on the arterial streets and parking allowed only on the odd side of all local streets.

City of Kenosha  -- A Snow Emergency will go into effect midnight Sunday to midnight Tuesday. 

City of West Allis -- A snow emergency has been declared beginning Sunday, January 27 at 9 PM through Wednesday, January 30 at 9 AM. Parking restrictions are in effect. Refuse and recycling collection is canceled for Monday, January 28.  The municipal yard is also closed on Monday, January 28.

Village of Mukwonago  -- A snow emergency has been called in the Village of Mukwonago. The snow emergency is from 6 PM January 27 to 6 PM Tuesday, January 29. During the snow emergency, there is no parking on village streets, even with a permit.

City of Fort Atkinson -- The City of Fort Atkinson is declaring a snow emergency. The declaration shall take effect at 10:00 PM. January 27 and remain in effect until 5:00 PM  January 28.

City of Greenfield -- The City of Greenfield is declaring a snow emergency. It is effective starting at 10:00 p.m. Sunday until 10:00 p.m. Tuesday.

Village of Pleasant Prairie  -- A Snow Emergency has been declared in the Village of Pleasant Prairie beginning at 6:30 PM Sunday, January 27 and will remain in effect until midnight, Monday, January 28.  During a Snow Emergency, no parking is allowed on Village Streets. All Snow Emergency parking restrictions will be enforced throughout this time period. Village of Sturtevant  -- A Snow Emergency has been declared for the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County. The Village Hall will be closed Monday. The Snow Emergency will begin at midnight January 28, and expire at 3 PM on January 28.

Village of North Prairie -- A Snow Emergency has been declared for North Prairie. It is effective starting at 12 a.m. Monday and ending at 6 a.m. Tuesday.

City of St. Francis -- Snow emergency from 10 p.m. Sunday until 12 p.m. Tuesday.

Village of Whitefish Bay -- Snow emergency declared from 10 p.m. Monday- 7 a.m. Tuesday. No parking on Village Streets/

Village of Newburg -- A snow emergency is in effect from 11 p.m. Sunday until 11 p.m. Monday.

City of Waukesha -- A snow emergency is in effect from 10 p.m. Sunday until 5 p.m. Monday. A snow emergency means that vehicles may not be parked on City Streets.

City of Waupun -- A snow emergency is in effect from 12 a.m. Monday until 7 a.m. Tuesday. Parking restrictions will be enforced. 

Wauwatosa -- The city of Wauwatosa has declared a snow emergency. No on street parking of vehicles.

Village of Hales Corners -- A snow emergency is in effect from 11 p.m. Sunday until 12 p.m. Tuesday.

City of Glendale -- A snow emergency has been declared.

Town of Brookfield -- A snow emergency has been declared from Sunday night through noon on Tuesday. No parking is allowed on any town roads during the snow emergency.

Village of West Milwaukee -- The Village of West Milwaukee has declared a snow emergency from Sunday at 11:30 p.m. until Tuesday, January 29 at 1 a.m.

City of Oak Creek -- The City of Oak Creek has declared a snow emergency from 9 p.m. Sunday night through 6 p.m. Monday. No parking is allowed on city streets during the snow emergency.

City of Sheboygan -- The City of Sheboygan has declared a snow emergency starting at 8 a.m. Monday. Parking restrictions will be enforced. 

Village of Butler -- The Village of Butler has declared a snow emergency starting at 10 p.m. Monday and lasting until 6 a.m. on Tuesday.

Village of Union Grove

A Snow Emergency is in effect until Wednesday at 11:59 P.M. All vehicles must be moved off of the street so the plow drivers can get the streets plowed properly.
