MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Formal charges have been filed against two Milwaukee men accused in a fatal shooting that happened in 2024.

Arrest warrants have been issued to locate 24-year-old Azair Castaneda and 20-year-old R C Wayne Old Coyote -- both are charged with one count of first-degree reckless homicide, as party to a crime.

The shooting happened on July 23, 2024. Twenty-year-old Jesus Huerta-Correa was fatally shot while inside a vehicle.

Investigators say surveillance video along with a witness statement and FLOCK technology helped track down the accused.
