'Art of Aging Resource and Lifestyle Fair' dates announced for Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The "Art of Aging Resource and Lifestyle Fair," an initiative of Serving Older Adults of Southeast Wisconsin, is scheduled for two October dates in Milwaukee.

The event offers health, lifestyle and active aging resources aimed at older adults, emphasizing the importance of aging well. Flu vaccines, health screenings and drug take back will be available at the fair dates.

Wednesday, Oct. 11, the fair is set to be held at the Wilson Park Senior Center located at 2601 W. Howard Ave. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It will also take place at the Washington Park Senior Center at 4420 W. Vliet St. on Wednesday, Oct. 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The fair is open to the public and will have food available for purchase, as well as a raffle and other entertainment.
