MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police responded to a triple shooting on Wednesday, Jan. 22.
It happened near 39th and Cheyenne around 6:38 p.m. Police have been investigating a home for the past several hours.
Police say the 22-year-old victim was pronounced dead. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as Jocelyn Jimenez.
Two people, a 54-year-old and a 56-year-old were injured and taken to a local hospital.
A 32-year-old was taken into custody. Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office. The investigation is ongoing.
