Black Friday weather remains chilly but quiet
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Black Friday is a big day for people being out and about grabbing holiday deals. So, it's an important day for the forecast.
This Black Friday is typically quiet, with cold weather, but at least dry as people navigate their days.
Conditions have been very quiet in recent history, but here's a look at some of the extremes we've had to wade through in other years.
What can we expect for the rest of this Black Friday?
Even though weather is quiet, grab all the winter gear before you head out. Most of the day will feel like the teens as winds stay sustained from the west at 15 mph. Gusts could be up to around 25 mph at times, too.
Little change is expected as we move forward through the weekend with highs struggling in the upper 20s and lows in the teens under a dry sky. After what has been a warm November, the last week has seen a solid pattern shift.
Average highs are still in the lower 40s but at this time, we continue to track colder temps into the start of December.
Winter is here!
