Rebecca Schuld, Meteorologist
Rebecca is the meteorologist for the noon and 4:00 PM shows, Monday through Friday.
A Green Bay native, Rebecca is thrilled to continue career growth in her home state.
Her fascination with weather began as a young child watching storms roll in. The insatiable need to always "know why" led to her pursuit of studying weather. Rebecca graduated with a degree in Environmental Biology from UWGB in 2005 and has continued graduate work in Meteorology from USDA Graduate School.
In early 2010, she was awarded the AMS Seal of Approval from the American Meteorological Society and she took top honors for "Best Weathercast" in a medium size market for the 2013 Wisconsin Broadcasters Association Awards. She also competed in the 2012 Dancing with the Stars event, a major fundraiser for the American Red Cross. "I love helping others and delivering useful weather information is one way I can do that," she says.
You can find Rebecca on air weekdays at noon and at 4pm and 4:30pm on CBS58. Please follow her on Facebook and Twitter too, just search her name.
