Blue Angels, Thunderbirds will not perform at 2026 Milwaukee Air & Water Show

CBS 58

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Air & Water Show announced their lineup for the 2026 event, taking place Saturday, July 25 and Sunday, July 26.

According to their website, celebrating America's 250th birthday this year, the WaterStone Bank Air & Water Show will feature military demonstration teams, aerobatic pilots, and iconic warbirds. This year's show will not feature the U.S. Navy Blue Angels or U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds.

A comment from retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant Brian Allendorfer Jr., who acquired the air and water show this year says:

"This was the Thunderbirds year, but unfortunately they have had a lot of scheduling issues this year with the America 250 and several other show cancellations. Too bad, but we have a great show anyhow. We promise - you'll love it!"
