Milwaukee Fire Department highlights challenges for first responders
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --Â Community-supported radio station WMSE 91.7 FM will host the 13th annual Backyard BBQ concert at Humboldt Park in Bayview on Saturday, Aug. 26.
WMSE Marketing Director Jeff Redmon and Music Director Sid McCain joined us to share details about the event Thursday, Aug. 24.
The free festival, which began in 2010, will feature live performances on-stage from people including WMSE DJs, Chicken Wire Empire, Girls Rock Milwaukee, Telethon, Esso and headliner the Bob Mould Band, known for influential artist and Hüsker Dü founding member Bob Mould.
Alongside music, attendees can enjoy food trucks, activities and local craft beer from Lakefront Brewery.
