WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- We're hearing from a young survivor of the Christmas parade tragedy.
Tyler Pudleiner says he's hoping a new project he's spearheading will bring something positive out of the tragedy.
Pudleiner is starting a nonprofit that he calls "Bobbleheads Bring us Together."
The premise is simple enough -- the young man is collecting as many bobbleheads as he can and donating them to other young survivors of the attack.
He tells us the response to his project has been overwhelming.
"The following after last night, I've been kind of bombarded all day with messages and posts and things like that, which is awesome to see," said Pudleiner. "It's great that it's definitely played a part in the community and it's helping grow it and keep that Waukesha Strong aspect going."
If you'd like to help in Pudleiner's effort, you can donate bobbleheads or make a cash donation through PayPal and Venmo.
