WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Bucks forward Bobby Portis made the most of his day off Monday, hosting a mobile food pantry with Feeding America.
The Sixth Man of the Year candidate's foundation funded the event, giving food to 250 families.
Portis himself dropped by to wish everyone happy holidays and help pass out the food.
"I love inspiring others. I love giving back and spreading my blessings with others," Portis said. "Like I said, we had help along the way growing up. Being able to have a platform to help others, I think that's my calling. I love putting smiles on others' faces. We can't change someone's life entirely, but lending a helping hand is always good."
