MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Bucks player who's earned the nickname, "Mayor of Milwaukee," is also an ambassador for a campaign addressing childhood hunger in our community.
For a third consecutive year, Bobby Portis is helping to kick off Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin's 22nd annual PB&J Challenge. In addition to being shelf-stable, packed with protein and nutrients, and loved by kids, peanut butter and jelly are two of the most commonly requested items from food pantries and our neighbors in need.
The campaign runs now through the end of March.
