Brewers fans can join 'Cutout Crew' as part of simulated crowd in Miller Park

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Brewers fans won't be able to attend games at the start of the upcoming season, but the team is offering a unique consolation.

Miller Park will feature a "Cutout Crew," which will include fan cutouts in the Uecker seats near Bob Uecker's statue.

The move celebrates Uecker's 50th season as the voice of the Brewers, and his 65th year in Major League Baseball.

The two-foot cutouts, which will cost fans $50, will go on sale at 9 a.m. Thursday morning, July 2.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Brewers Community Foundation.

Fans can upload a photo online, and the cutout will be installed in seats either in or adjacent to Section 422 of Miller Park.
