MILWAUKEE, Wis (CBS 58) - For the first time since the 2025 National League Championship Series, the Los Angeles Dodgers are back in Milwaukee for a weekend series.
“It was a heart break, but ya know you just have to move on to the next season,” Brewers fan Dylan Medina said. “You can’t hold on to it because you have to think ahead, you can't think about the past.”
Fans are still thinking about the 2025 NLCS loss but know the importance of this series.
“Even though we don’t have all the money they have, we have a lot of good talent,” Brewers fan Ryan Wucherer said. “Just want to show that you can hang with the best teams in baseball, you do that you know you’re going to have a chance in the end.”
This weekend’s series will be the last time the Dodgers are in town until a potential playoff matchup.
“I don’t think it’s a must win but it’s definitely gonna put a notch on their belt and it’s gonna help them if they meet the Dodgers in the playoffs,” Medina said.
