MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Brewers honored three team legends with an induction to the Milwaukee Brewers Wall of Honor Friday, Sept. 24, at American Family Field.
Centerfielder Carlos Gómez, starting pitcher Yovani Gallardo and pitcher Francisco Rodríguez were celebrated and added to the Wall of Honor with a ceremony Friday.
At the ceremony, Gómez officially retired from baseball as a Milwaukee Brewer.
The trio played a role in multiple Brewers postseason appearances during their tenures, and were credited at Friday's ceremony with re-establishing the precedent achieving postseason baseball in Milwaukee.
