CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Three new Palermo's Pizza stands, a Cream City smash burger and a new meat partner for premium seating areas are part of the Milwaukee Bucks' food and drink lineup at Fiserv Forum for the 2026-27 season, the team announced on Monday, Oct. 19.
Palermo's Pizza will serve its Roman Style Crust pizza at new stands in Sections 108, 119 and 224. Mecca Burger Bar is adding the Cream City smash burger at its stands in Sections 106 and 116. The Cluckery is adding a spicy chicken sandwich at stands in Sections 115 and 220, and the Section 115 stand will also serve King's Hawaiian churro bites.
The Johnsonville stand in Section 118 will serve half-court smash tacos. Smoke Stack is adding brisket elote in Section 122 and Spuds will serve a BBQ pork baked potato in Section 207. The Spot in Section 104 is adding strawberry and turtle cheesecake parfaits.
New items in the Mezzanine Club include a French onion burger, a Reuben sandwich and campfire funnel fries, which are funnel cake fries topped with marshmallow creme, chocolate sauce, cinnamon sugar and mini marshmallows.
Pritzlaff Meats, a Wisconsin meat provider and the team's official premium meat partner, will supply the suites menu and the carving station in the BMO Club. The Bucks say the meats are USDA-inspected and include Midwest-raised beef and pork, veal from family farms and Colorado lamb.
Bars throughout the arena will serve NUTRL Hard Seltzers, Hoop Tea Spiked Iced Tea and a lineup of beers from Anheuser-Busch.
The Bucks' home opener at Fiserv Arena will take place on Friday, Oct. 23 at 3 p.m. The game was originally scheduled for 7 p.m. but has been moved up ahead of the Milwaukee Brewers playing in Game 1 of the World Series that evening.
