Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer joins NBA's health and safety protocols

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- After dealing with a recent Covid-19 surge, the Milwaukee Bucks are once again placing players and one coach in the protocol ahead of Wednesday night's game against Toronto.

It seems it was just yesterday the Bucks had a clean injury report with just Brook Lopez on it. The numbers have grown significantly.

In total, six players are in the health and safety protocols. Three are questionable for Wednesday night, but Grayson Allen, Pat Connaughton and George Hill are all ruled out against the Raptors.

So is Mike Budenholzer, reportedly. The Bucks coach will be sidelined and Darvin Ham is set to take over head coaching duties Wednesday night.

Giannis Antetokounmpo is also out, but with a non-Covid illness.
