MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Bucks guard A.J. Green spent part of Friday, March 6 visiting new mothers and their babies at Froedtert Hospital’s Birth Center.
Green stopped by patient rooms to pose for photos and hand out Bucks baby blankets to families welcoming newborns. He said the visits were a chance to celebrate new families and connect with fans in a meaningful way.
In one room, Green even greeted fans who joined the moment through a video call.
"She had two sons that FaceTimed. They were pumped. That fills me up, too, just as much as them, I think," Green said.
Green and the Bucks return to the court Saturday against the Utah Jazz. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. The game will air on CBS 58’s sister station WMLW The M.
