Bucks to celebrate Noche Latina as they take on Indiana Pacers March 16

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Bucks will celebrate Noche Latina when they host the Indiana Pacers at Fiserv Forum on March 16.

According to a news release, Noche Latina -- presented by the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network -- will highlight stories of Hispanic and Latinx leaders and organizations in the Milwaukee community. Spanish language will be incorporated throughout the game by in-arena hosts, graphics and select subtitles.

The Noche Latina ticket package includes a commemorative t-shirt and can be purchased HERE using the promo code NocheNight.

During the game, a Small Business Marketplace with Radio Milwaukee will be on the Upper Concourse outside of Sections 201, 202 and 203. The marketplace will feature 12 Milwaukee-based, Hispanic and Latino-owned businesses including Aloekui Soap, Blossomed in Darkness, Clay Creations by Kayla, Creation Corner Custom Crafts, Coria Graphics Arts, Designs by Lali, Emerald Jewelry & Repair, Flyda Travel, Handmade with Love by Lucy, Keepnitmil, Lupo Designs, and Nostalgia Xicana Mexican Folk Art.

The Bucks will show video spotlights throughout the game celebrating the Latinx community, and unique performances by a local mariachi band, Dance Academy of Mexico and various Latinx DJs.

The news release says two Milwaukee-based, Latinx-owned restaurants will take over concession stands at Fiserv Forum during the game. Paleteria Yayo will be featured at Sections 110 and 206, while Trouble Makers Cocina will be set up at Section 207.

Exclusive Los Bucks t-shirts will be available for purchase at the Bucks Pro Shop in Fiserv Forum and at shop.bucks.com. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Milwaukee-based services provided by UMOS.
