Burlington man charged with 10 counts of child pornography possession

RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 47-year-old man from Burlington is in custody at the Racine County Jail with a bail number of $500,000 after a search warrant yielded numerous pieces of child pornography, according to the Racine County Sheriff's Office.

Johnathon Brau was identified as a person of interest for the possession of child pornography, leading the Sheriff's Internet Crimes Against Children's unit to work with the Criminal Investigations Bureau to conduct a search warrant at his home.

Officials say that the search revealed numerous images and videos of child pornography in Brau's possession, with the ICAC still set to perform a thorough forensic examination of all of his electronic devices.

Brau faces ten counts of possession of child pornography, with the charges having been forwarded to the Racine County District Attorney's Office.
