Calling All Foodies/Marketers: A Local Kitchen Challenge You Need to Enter

If you're the king of the kitchen with a desire to market your product, there's a perfect contest for you starting next week.  Beginning on Monday and going through May 15th, you have the chance to sign up for the "Hottest Kitchen Entrepreneur Challenge" sponsored in part by Milwaukee Area Technical College, Reliable Water Services, and FaB Wisconsin, the state's food and beverage industry cluster network.

This contest, culminating with a final judging event in July, will ultimately reveal Wisconsin's next great food entrepreneur.  The Challenge features a start-up category for those with a new idea and an early-stage category (5 years and under) for those who are looking to get to the next level. 

The winner in each category will receive $2000 in seed money, tuition for a 3-credit course at MATC mentorship from food industry executives, and a $400 prize package from Fein Brothers Equipment & Supplies.
