City of Brookfield Police searching for bank robbery suspect

BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The City of Brookfield Police Department is asking the public for help in locating a bank robbery suspect.

Officers were called to the Byline Bank, located at 13925 W. North Avenue, around 2 p.m. on Monday for a report of a bank robbery.

An undetermined amount of money was taken.

The suspect is described as a black male with a slim build, 20-30 years of age, with a fake black beard. He was last seen wearing a tan fishing hat, black rimmed glasses, a dark blue long sleeve shirt, tan pants, red or orange shoes, and a large gold necklace.

No one was injured during this robbery.
