City of Milwaukee brings back street leaf pickup after pushback over bagging

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee is bringing back street leaf pickup this fall.
Tuesday, the Common Council approved letting people rake leaves into the street again for city collection.
The city had planned to require bagging, but that received pushback from residents and alders.
Now, bagging will be encouraged but not required.
