MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- There's no question that reckless driving is a serious problem in Milwaukee.
A group came together to look for ways to solve that problem on the north side Tuesday, Oct. 27.
The Northwest Side Community Development Corporation held a "Safe Streets" rally near 35th and Hope.
They say 35th Street is one of many Milwaukee streets where safety upgrades are needed.
"We're looking for community input on how 35th Street should be restriped, meaning should we add bicycle lanes, should we add a roundabout, should we add stop signs, yield signs, how should we make it a little bit safer so that people are not speeding down the road," said Danitra Jones of Northwest Side Community Development Corporation.
The group says they will be holding similar rallies at other locations around Milwaukee.
