MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man is now facing charges for firing multiple shots at a Department of Public Works (DPW) employee on July 18.

Thirty-four-year-old Devin Buck is facing several felony charges, including first degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of a firearm by a felon, and operating a motor vehicle to flee or elude an officer.

According to a criminal complaint, the shots were fired on N. 24th Place where the victim reported he was shot at while driving in his work truck.

Officers found three bullet strikes on the back end of the DPW vehicle, and a flat rear passenger tire.

The complaint says officers attempted to arrest Buck the following day, leading to a pursuit that was terminated after allegedly reaching speeds of 70 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Police located and arrested Buck on July 23. He is due in court for a preliminary hearing Aug. 6.
