Milwaukee County Sheriff\'s Office MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Waukesha man accused of driving under the influence and causing a rollover crash at Veterans Park in Milwaukee has now been charged.
Police arrived at the scene of the crash the morning of Dec. 29 and helped pull 39-year-old Ryan Borland from the car.
According to the criminal complaint, Borland told police he doesn't remember crashing and that he must have blacked out.
The complaint says Borland also told police he was hallucinating while driving and that he had Suboxone and possibly cocaine in his system.
Borland suffered minor injuries as a result of the crash; no one else was hurt in the incident.
He's now facing his fifth OWI charge and is due in court for a preliminary hearing next week.
