Coworking space to open inside Wauwatosa’s Mayfair Collection

WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) – A new coworking space is scheduled to open in Wauwatosa.
Serendipity Labs will be located inside Mayfair Collection. Office members will have 24-hour access to the space which has private offices, team rooms and event spaces.
All members also have access to a café, lounge and wellness rooms.
“We have companies that enterprise accounts for national companies and Wauwatosa natives who are excited to get out of their home and work at the lab,” Serendipity Labs director of sales Emily Gilders said.
The office space is expected to open in February.
