Culver's April Fools' Day joke, the 'CurderBurger,' will become a reality for 1 day

WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- What started out as an April Fools' Day joke on social media is becoming a reality. 

For one day only, Culver's will be offering the "CurderBurger" -- a burger made of cheese curds. 

Back on April 1, the restaurant's social media team announced the addition of the fictional menu item and the crowd went wild.

A petition began circulating on Change.org, receiving hundreds of signatures.

In celebration of National Cheese Curd Day on Oct. 15, Culver's guests can order the CurderBurger for one day only.
