MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are now treating the death investigation of a 5-year-old boy Saturday morning as a homicide.
Police were called to the home near 26th and Ruby around 2:30 a.m. and found the child was not breathing. Life-saving measures were performed but the child was pronounced dead on the scene.
Two adults were taken into custody for questioning and arrested in connection with the incident.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police have taken two adults into custody for questioning after a 5-year-old child was found unresponsive.
The child was pronounced dead at the scene near 26th and Ruby.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday.
The investigation continues into the child's death.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A death investigation is currently underway near 26th and Ruby in Milwaukee.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner was called to an address near that intersection around 2:52 a.m. on Saturday.
There is currently no word on whether or not the death was suspicious or an age of the victim.
Milwaukee Police are currently investigating the death.
