WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- The DNR is holding a "free fishing" weekend starting Saturday across Wisconsin.
That means you can go fishing on inland waters, Wisconsin's side of the Great Lakes, and the Mississippi River without a license. All of the other fishing rules, like catch limits, still apply.
Ice fishing equipment will be available at nearly two dozen sites across the state.
There's also a free ice fishing clinic in Fond du Lac County at the "Mauthe Lake State Recreation Area" on Saturday.
