SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Strong storms have left more than 21,000 We Energies customers without power in southeast Wisconsin Thursday, Sept. 3.

Flash flood warnings were issued for northern Milwaukee County and northeast Waukesha County Thursday morning. As of 9:30 a.m., those areas already picked up 1-2" of rain and could get another 1-2" the next few hours with more storms moving in from the east.

In Washington County, there are reports of widespread tree damage across Richfield, including uprooted trees.
