Early morning crash in Milwaukee claims life of 35-year-old man

MILWAUKEE, WI (CBS 58) -- One person is dead following a two car collision early Saturday morning.   According to the Milwaukee Police, a 35-year-old man died at the scene of the 2:20 AM  accident at N 51st and W Silver Spring Drive.  The MPD says two other people in the vehicle were taken to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries, which are considered non-life threatening.    The driver of the second vehicle was also injured and taken to the hospital for treatment.    He was then arrested for knowingly operating after suspension, causing death.   Criminal charges will be presented to the district attorney's office in the upcoming days.
